The remaining amount is to be paid 7 days before arrival.

All paid prepayments are non-refundable.

A pre-authorization of €257 is held on 1 days before arrival and voided on 2 days after departure

Rates:
30-Day Placement (Minimum Stay Required)
Peak Season (May–September):
$2,800 – $3,200 per 30-day stay
- All reservations require a minimum 30-day booking in compliance with local zoning regulations
- Shorter stays are not permitted
Seasonal Placement (12+ Weeks)
Preferred rates are available for extended stays (90+ days)
- Priority given to full-season guests
- Seasonal placements are arranged directly

Rates & Additional Details
Rates shown reflect the base cost of the accommodation.
A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions and is shown as a “management fee” at checkout.
ACH Bank transfer is available for PIF (paid-in-full) reservations and must be arranged in advance. ACH is not subject to the 3% processing fee.
*Payments via check or cash are not accepted.
(PLEASE NOTE: ACH reservations are not secured until full receipt of payment are received. No reservations will be held prior to payment.)
Security Deposit
A $300 refundable security deposit is required for all RV placements and is collected at the time of booking. The deposit is refunded following departure, provided the site is left in good condition.
